The Foundational Skills
Attendees are equipped with strategies to address the most common frustration, confusion, and inequity challenges present in the school system. The result of more than 50,000 classroom observations, the 12 Foundational Skills have shown to be the most widely relevant and highly impactful strategies that any educator can implement right away.
Strategies are contextualized to accelerate application in real-life—learn to shift students’ attention to prepare them for instruction, facilitate interaction with the content and peers during lessons, help students get a solid start at the beginning work periods, and help them stay productive once they’ve started.
Our interactive and engaging workshops include tangible examples, purposeful reflection, and opportunities to collaborate and practice with other educators.
