Catalyst Feedback Lab

Learn strategies that can be used when delivering feedback to support implementation in a way that empowers educators to refine their practice. Participants will learn the Core Delivery strategies to equip them to earn Core Feedback Strategy Certification. Each participant will leave with a personalized implementation plan for their own practice and feedback strategy implementation. Three days of the course are spent in a lab format with other participants and one day is individualized at your site (or another site if you prefer).

Intended Audience:

Any staff who want to support other educators in their Catalyst implementation through classroom observations and feedback.

Prerequisites:

Attend Catalyst Live Lab training or be a currently certified Catalyst Demonstration Teacher
Complete the pre-workshop independent study.
